About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our procurement team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class procurement services that meet our organisational needs.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of procurement specialists to deliver exceptional procurement outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives, driving commercial success.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes.
  • Apply category management principles to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive value.
  • Oversee sourcing activities from strategy development to contract award, ensuring governance and probity.
  • Manage supply panel, supplier relationships, and contract performance to ensure value realisation and service excellence.
  • Track and report on procurement benefits, value creation, and key performance indicators.
About You
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in category management, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g. CIPS) are desirable.
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies and advising at executive level.
  • Skilled in reporting procurement outcomes to executive leadership and governance bodies.
  • 8+ years' experience in procurement category management and/or business partnering in a large complex organisation.
