Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our container fleet operations across Australia.

  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, ensuring clear accountability, balanced workload distribution, and consistent performance monitoring.
  • Streamline and enhance container logistics processes to reduce operational costs and improve service efficiency.
  • Oversee container forecasting, provisioning, and inventory management across all Australian ports to meet export demands.
  • Manage container movement data, sales, repairs, and claims in accordance with directives.
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of container transport and processing of related invoices.
  • Drive cost-control initiatives and manage container stock imbalances and idle assets across regions.
  • Support internal stakeholders, maintain reporting systems, and deliver ongoing training and development for staff.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business, International Business, or Supply Chain/Logistics and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. They will also possess strong problem-solving, planning, and strategic decision-making capabilities, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
