**Job Title:** Academic Leaders in Education

Location: Melbourne, Northern Metropolitan area

We are seeking a highly skilled educator to join our team as an Academic Leader in Education.

The successful candidate will have expertise in leading and managing the implementation of educational priorities and teaching literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum. They will also have experience in leading collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the broader school community focused on student learning, agency, wellbeing and engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of educational priorities and teaching literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.
  • Develop and implement high impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs.
  • Monitor and assess student learning at a class, cohort or whole-school level and use this data to lead improvement initiatives.
  • Support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.

**Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

A demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to lead and manage the implementation of educational priorities.

Ability to develop and implement high impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs.

Able to monitor and assess student learning at a class, cohort or whole-school level and use this data to lead improvement initiatives.
