Care Provider for Individuals with Disabilities

Our organization provides vital support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities through our Disability Support Worker role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored care and assistance to clients with varying needs by providing personalized support
- Assist with daily living activities, community engagement, and empowerment initiatives that promote independence and autonomy
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and our team under general guidance to achieve shared objectives
The successful applicant will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a commitment to the overall objectives of our organization, demonstrating professionalism and flexibility.
Additional Duties:Our Disability Support Worker may be required to fulfill other duties as needed by management and department personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams.
