
AppDynamics Sales Leader

As a Renewals Specialist, you will focus on existing customers and their software renewals. You will be working closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to drive renewal success.
Key Responsibilities:- Build direct relationships with global AppDynamics Field Service Representatives, Cisco Account Managers, Cisco renewal managers, partners, customers, Customer Success, Operations, and cross-functional leaders.
- Lead all aspects of the renewal lifecycle and deliver against quota.
- Manage a portfolio of renewals while ensuring consistent forecasting across the assigned territory.
- Complete phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including advising customers of renewals, building quotes, handling customer objections, positioning against competition, assisting with contract negotiations, helping partners with order processing, and closing opportunities.
- BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 6+ years related sales experience with large global customers or service providers.
- Proven record in delivering excellent results against pre-defined goals and targets.
- Understanding of sales processes, organizational structures, management practices, and resources development.
- Strong leadership skills in coaching and development of direct teams.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and communication skills.
