Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our marketing budget and expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and month-end process management to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to manage marketing budget and payment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the sales and product teams to maintain end-to-end sales deduction promotion processes, ensuring timely and accurate system entry.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and other financial software applications.
- 2-3 years' experience in finance, business operations, or a related field.
