About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of sales deductions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate marketing processes, including the submission of plan proposals and communication with staff.
  • Organize and maintain customer and internal PICs' deal sheet recipient email lists.
  • Liaise with sales teams to maintain end-to-end N-ERP sales deduction promotion processes.
  • Understand and manage monthly promotion plans and promotion system entries via N-ERP.
  • Organize sales promotion deal sheets and bulletins via N-ERP.
  • Manage reports using MS Office - Excel.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in management support, business operations, and/or finance positions is preferable.
