Job Opportunity

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and process improvement across various operations.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy, conducting detailed assessments of current-state business processes, engaging with subject matter experts to design fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and supporting the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline, with 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy or business process improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills are essential, as well as proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint).
