About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Compensation and Benefits team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and customer-centric Workers Compensation claims service through efficient monitoring and oversight of centralised functions
  • Support data analysis and reporting to contribute to streamlining processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues
  • Deliver high-quality customer service towards all parties, and demonstrate a commitment to learning and development
  • Learn about differing employment awards to further your understanding of remuneration cycles and structures for various employers
About You
