Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, including temperature and expiry date checks.
  • Communicate effectively with production personnel and team leaders.
  • Pick and pack finished products accurately.
  • Investigate stock issues and report damages where necessary.
  • Perform regular temperature checks to ensure food safety.

As a proactive and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of our food manufacturing facility. You will work with finished products for ambient dispatches to national distribution centers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a pick and pack role.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Current forklift license.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing warehouse is ideal.
