Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in trade projects and activities, including events and initiatives with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training events/visits/familiarisation trips for retail agents independently.
  • Set up marketing initiatives and support for niche and special interest areas.
  • Plan, coordinate & execute identified trade marketing programmes independently.
  • Produce and distribute trade newsletter for travel trade personnel regularly.
MICE Management
  • Assist in MICE projects and activities, including familiarisation trips.
  • Manage logistics for major MICE events that the organization takes part in.
General Duties
  • Prepare regular trade, cruise, and MICE updates & reports.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage procurement and documentation.
