Your Role

You will join our Contract Logistics team as a Logistics Operations Manager, bringing your leadership expertise and operational skills to drive customer and operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to support distribution activities in line with our strategic plan, focusing on operational excellence while creating a framework for continuous improvement across operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement tools and programs under the KN Excellence banner.
  2. Plan and implement annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under your scope, striving to achieve higher levels of operational excellence.
  3. Validate and assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
  4. Coach distribution teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
  5. Lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events.
  6. Deploy KN Excellence certification road maps containing all 26 continuous improvement elements.
  7. Drive and monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity and quality improvements across operational activities.
Requirements and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of distribution, continuous improvement, and related technical tools. Additionally, you should have:

  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.
  • An innovative mindset with a track record of introducing new ideas and solutions.
