The Role
As an occupational therapist at I Can Jump Puddles, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality service according to NDIS best practice principles. You will provide therapeutic support and information to participant families, develop individualised therapy plans, complete accurate documentation and application reports, liaise with service providers and other team members, build parents' skills and those of important people in your clients' lives, arrange joint visits and services from other disciplines as required, and link clients with community services that support their development and build confidence to meet their needs.

About You
To be part of our team, you must bring a passion for your craft, enthusiasm, professionalism, and care. You should be committed to our values and purpose, have AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist, current Working With Children Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening, a valid driver's license and roadworthy vehicle, a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in allocating your time, ability to provide therapy and/or assessment services to NDIS participants, ability to liaise regularly with our Team Leaders and teams of allied health professionals, willingness to participate in professional development activities and training, and a desire to thrive in the community by having diversity in your workday.
