Senior Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Adelaide

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting older adults as they transition from acute care to community-based services.

This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create personalised care plans that meet clients' individual needs, and providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to enhance client independence, quality of life, and safe community reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to support older adults in their transition journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Utilise evidence-based practices to promote client independence and improve quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with significant experience in aged care or rehabilitation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $67 - $72 per hour.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Accommodation and travel expenses provided.
