Fitness Leadership Specialist

As a Personal Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading and elevating the Personal Training offering at one of our premier Fitness Clubs.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing Personal Training teams.
- Oversee all aspects of Personal Training recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to maintain a strong pipeline of future trainers.
Cert III & IV in Fitness; strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
