Global Wholesale Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Wholesale/Marketplace department as a Wholesale Coordinator. This role is a hybrid support position that will facilitate sales through both wholesale and marketplace channels, with a global customer reach.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Support the Brand Sales Manager/Leads in providing range and product information to customers.
- Manage the sample process to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Preferred experience in business administration or retail head office roles.
- Confident IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional written communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
