Job Title: Production Planning and Warehousing Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Warehousing Admin to join our team at Synaco Global Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Planning and Warehouse Managers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve production and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a planning or inventory management role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of planning management procedures and inventory control systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
