Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the performance, resilience, and compliance of our cloud environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms. This is a long-term contract position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures, contributing to a secure and resilient cloud posture aligned with government frameworks.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
  • Deliver strategic advice and contribute to the development of cloud architecture roadmaps that support organisational goals for security, stability, and simplicity.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment in prioritising tasks and managing competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • You should also have experience with automation tools and monitoring systems, as well as proficiency in cloud platforms such as M365, Intune, and Azure.
  • Australian citizenship or eligibility for AGSVA security clearance is required due to the nature of the role.
