Job Title: Retail Manager Full Time

This is a key leadership role where you will have the opportunity to take your retail management career to the next level. As a skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional customer service and store operations.

About the Position

  • We are seeking an individual with previous pharmacy or retail management experience who can lead by example and provide coaching and guidance to their team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail requirements, including POS systems, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation is essential.
  • Leadership experience is critical, along with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A sound understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to promote the store as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being are highly desirable.
  • Ability to assist in any area of the store, including orders, counter service, telephone service, dispensary and store merchandising is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, security and consumer protection.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain accurate records and perform other tasks as required.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
