We are seeking a seasoned early learning professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This exciting role offers the opportunity to advance your career and sharpen your leadership skills.
In this dynamic position, you will work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

- Strategic Leadership: Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Capability Building: Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team
- Centre Management: Being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Practice Implementation: Implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Our Centre:
- We are a purpose-built, 84-place centre offering care for children from six weeks to school age, with four nurturing rooms designed to support each developmental stage.
- Our centre provides a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
