Parts Traineeship Opportunity

 

About the Role

As a Parts Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of retail and wholesale replacement parts operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with parts orders, processing quotes and invoices, updating and maintaining branch parts displays, using electronic cataloguing systems, picking, packing, and delivering customer and workshop orders, unloading deliveries, checking stock, managing inventory, keeping records accurate, and supporting warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Processing orders and requests efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining branch parts displays
  • Using electronic cataloguing systems to ensure accurate orders
  • Picking, packing, and delivering orders
  • Unloading deliveries, checking stock, and managing inventory
  • Keeping records accurate and up-to-date
  • Supporting warehouse cleanliness and safety
