Job Description

We are changing the way primary care is delivered to seniors. Our state-of-the-art centers are located in communities where there is little to no quality healthcare today. The model of care we follow is entirely driven by proving better primary care to our patients, not by the volume of services we provide.

Our healthcare team spends more time with patients and offers more comprehensive care because we are fully accountable for their health. This approach allows us to deliver the care that our patients deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
  • Employed position with above-market compensation including base salary and bonus
  • Full malpractice coverage with tail
  • Generous benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but not required
  • Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
