Chief Infrastructure Delivery Officer

This position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects and asset management services.
About This OpportunityThe successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. They will also be responsible for managing the development and implementation of asset management systems and maintenance management systems.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver infrastructure projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Act as an asset owner for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective asset management systems and maintenance management systems.
- Oversee complex civil infrastructure designs and provide technical advice to stakeholders.
- A degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer status (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in civil and building design, asset management, and project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing professional engineering teams.
- Proven project management experience with excellent budgetary and contractual oversight.
