Chief Infrastructure Delivery Officer

We seek an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure and services in a unique and culturally significant region.
- Manage engineering services, including roads, water, sewerage, waste, fleet, and asset management.
This role involves strategic planning, hands-on delivery, budget management, securing funding, and leading a diverse workforce.
- Ensure technical standards are met, budgets are managed, and community expectations are exceeded.
- Lead a team of over 40 staff across professional, supervisory, trade, and trainee positions.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree in civil engineering or a related field and have senior management experience in local government or a comparable sector.
- Balance short-term objectives with long-term goals.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance programs and ensure service quality meets community standards.
