Marketing Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional marketing skills, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the company's market presence, including marketing campaigns specifically on target groups such as designers, architects, builders, and decorators
  • Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our showrooms
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels to cater to the local domestic markets
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, representing the company to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition
  • Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a robust educational background
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences, emphasising teamwork and collaboration
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools

Base Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation
