  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition
  • Communicate closely with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities

What We Offer:

  • Base salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to business growth
