Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and execute campaigns and journeys that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and optimise new journeys, identifying and building data points, segmentation, triggers, and template setups to execute across all customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain and validate data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including imports, exports, parsing, queries, and overall hygiene.
  • Test and validate campaign setups across platforms to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Provide recommendations to continuously improve campaigns and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms and digital experimentation.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML, CSS, Amp-Script, and SQL.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to innovate in finding solutions.
  • Experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
