About This Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide caring and compassionate support to individuals in their own homes.

This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and help them maintain their independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

To succeed in this position, you must have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services (or equivalent) and be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check, Australian National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check.

Additional requirements include first aid and CPR certification, a valid Australian driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and fully vaccinated status for COVID-19.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and domestic support to clients
  • Assisting with meal preparation and medication management
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with clients and family members
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services (or equivalent)
  • Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to reliable vehicle
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
