We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse at our Kings Meadows facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and provide high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive nursing assessments, administering medication, and providing clinical care. They will also be expected to formulate and maintain resident care plans and other documentation.
To be successful in this role, you must have your AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months experience in an aged care setting. You will also need to possess effective communication and task management skills.
