
Senior Nursing Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in providing high-quality care at our facility. As the Registered Nurse in Charge, you will oversee the clinical care and safety of residents during night shifts, ensuring that care staff are supported and that residents receive consistent, high-quality care throughout the night.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care, with proven experience as a Registered Nurse in Charge and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- They will possess strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Standards.
This is a part-time role, working across all shifts, where you will lead and support care staff to deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care and monitor and manage residents' clinical needs and respond to emergencies.
