Job Summary:
- Examine patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient nursing interventions.
- Provide individualized patient care, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions for each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatments administered.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Record vital signs and other relevant medical information for patients.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions or symptoms to healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and medical conditions.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is necessary.
