Job Summary:

  • Examine patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient nursing interventions.
  • Provide individualized patient care, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatments administered.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Record vital signs and other relevant medical information for patients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions or symptoms to healthcare team members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and medical conditions.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in nursing is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is necessary.
