We are seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to support our quality management efforts. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical auditing and ensure legislative compliance, assisting in the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to clinical auditing and quality management efforts
- Assist in legislative compliance and policy development
- Manage clinical policies and procedures
- Support the Quality Manager in ensuring regulatory adherence
- Demonstrated skills and experience in registered nursing and infection prevention and control
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in IPC
- Experience in auditing and managing continuous improvement projects
- Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Behavioural competencies including applying expertise and technology, working with people, and delivering results
