About the Role

The Head of APAC Channel Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our organization's channel sales strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion through indirect sales channels.

This role involves developing and executing channel sales programs, establishing strong partnerships, and overseeing a high-performing team to achieve business targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing strategies to grow sales through indirect channels, ensuring alignment to Adobe's partner strategies.
  • Managing and executing an annual and quarterly business planning process using a strategic planning model.
  • Buidling and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners, providing them with necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed.

We're seeking a highly experienced sales leader who can drive performance improvement, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
