The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our APAC Channel Sales team. As the Head of APAC Channel Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing our channel sales strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion through indirect sales channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Execute Channel Sales Strategy: Define and implement strategies to grow sales through indirect channels, including distributors, resellers, agents, and other strategic partners ensuring alignment to Adobe's partner strategies.

  2. Annual & Quarterly Planning: Manage and execute an annual and quarterly business planning process using a strategic planning model; Identify key go to market strategies and measures for revenue/ARR growth within APAC Channel segment.

  3. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners. Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed.

  4. Sales Performance Management: Set clear sales targets for channel partners, monitor performance, and ensure partners are meeting their targets. Drive performance improvement where necessary.

  5. Channel Marketing & Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotions to support channel partner sales efforts.

  6. Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage and track sales pipelines, providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.

  7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize partner effectiveness.

  8. New Channel Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

  9. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.

  10. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the channel sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

  11. Customer Feedback: Work closely with customer-facing teams to relay valuable feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings and services.
