Speech Therapist

Becoming a Speech Therapist means being part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.

As a therapist, you will provide evidence-based services through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through government-funded programs or privately.

The role involves assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities, working to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement, and assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications.

You will also be responsible for timely documentation and report writing, managing a varied caseload, meeting professional expectations, building relationships with key stakeholders, and working across leading software platforms and online tools.

Our New Graduate Program fully supports recent graduates, enabling them to acquire the skills needed to launch a successful career. The program spans over 12 months and includes regular supervision, core competency skills training sessions, group mentoring sessions, mental health support, internal professional development sessions, shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians, and more.
