Speech Therapist/Pathologist Job Summary
Lincoln Hospital is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist/Pathologist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring and evaluating language abilities, auditory processes, and speech production, as well as conducting treatment for individuals with speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
This role requires a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. BLS certification is also required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is preferred.
One year of relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate language abilities, auditory processes, and speech production in patients with speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address communication needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
Required Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
