- Experience: 7 years of experience in education and employment policy development, program management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with historically excluded groups: Experience working with organizations that serve historically excluded groups, including Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, and two-spirit (LGBTQ2S+), and people living with disabilities.
- Experience conducting presentations or trainings: Experience conducting presentations or trainings on education and employment policy and program issues.
- Experience facilitating workgroup and committee meetings: Experience facilitating workgroup and committee meetings to build consensus and achieve goals.
