Assistant Property Manager Role

The successful candidate will join our dynamic team as a permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager. Working alongside our experienced Property Management Team, you will be challenged while being supported to learn with ongoing training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Taking general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department
  • Working closely with the Property Management Team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Processing tenancy applications efficiently
  • Providing exceptional support for landlords, tenants, and contractors through effective communication
  • Assisting with rent arrears and ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinating maintenance activities to maintain property standards
  • Managing property administration tasks
  • Preparing essential property documentation accurately

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is highly advantageous but not necessary
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to current systems and procedures while contributing to the team's success

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
