Tell me about this role:

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Training Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. We are seeking multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking individuals who are eager to grow their careers within a leading Defence supplier.

This is a permanent opportunity located in Canberra. Interested candidates must be Australian citizens with an active NV1/NV2 clearance.

What will I be doing day to day?

  • Review and maintain contemporary training needs and requirements for systems
  • Produce and maintain training modules and/or content for systems to cmi5 standards
  • Work with Learning Management Authorities for review and approval of training modules and/or content
  • Develop and maintain a training content governance framework for the ongoing management and currency of COSPO-authored training content

What sort of skills do I need?

  • Australian government and/or Defence experience
  • Experience working in sustainment organisations or similar fields
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (Desirable)
  • Experience with the entire Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) process
  • Previous experience with Atlassian Jira
