We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our multilingual Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated assistance and advocacy to delight our guests every time by creating an engaging experience straight from your heart while achieving company and individual set goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in Japanese, with excellent spoken and written English as an added advantage.
- Work on shift rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Assist guests with their reservations and servicing our Loyalty Program guests.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to converse and write in Japanese.
- Excellent communication, organization, and call handling skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set goals.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
