We are seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Shangri-La. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to converse and write in Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
