The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. You will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants' NDIS goals. Your work will involve working with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborating closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.

This role offers flexibility and variety, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work. You'll support clients across various locations throughout Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
  • Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Provide training and support to families, carers, and support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standards
  • Collaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team
About The Ideal Candidate
  • NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (minimum Proficient level)
  • Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour Assessments
  • Knowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving lives
  • Driver's Licence
