About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate allied health professional to join our team in providing high-quality services within an aged care facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering functional assessments, post-falls reviews, rehabilitation and short-term restorative care, small-group exercise classes, wellness programs, care plan design, exercise prescription, and manual handling education sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments to identify individualized care needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to improve mobility and functionality
  • Provide rehabilitation and short-term restorative care to enhance overall well-being
  • Deliver small-group exercise classes to promote physical activity and social interaction
  • Create and implement wellness programs to address specific needs and goals
  • Design and implement care plans to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prescribe exercise programs to address specific needs and goals
  • Conduct manual handling education sessions to promote safe lifting and moving practices
