Job Title: Linux Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage system provisioning, patch management, and configuration management for Red Hat Satellite servers.

  • Integrate Satellite with Ansible Tower to automate deployment and configuration tasks.

  • Manage Ansible Tower and integration with other applications.

  • Configure and maintain BIND DNS servers and manage DNSSEC for enhanced security.

  • Provide technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security and compliance of Enterprise Systems and Linux based Infrastructure.

  • Implement and manage HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and encryption.

  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge Linux OS administration (Redhat and Ubuntu).

  • Proven experience with Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Tower, and HashiCorp Vault.

  • Proven knowledge in DNS technologies (BIND, DNSSEC & dynamic DNS).

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong scripting knowledge in Ansible, Shell and python.

  • Experience in application security features and hardening.

  • Broad experience in security concepts including SELinux, Intrusion Detection, vulnerability management, auditing, digital certificates, Malware Prevention.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer or Certified Administrator preferred.
