Senior IDS Platforms Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IDS Platforms Analyst to join our dynamic Information and Digital Services team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the stable, reliable, and high-performing operation of key platforms and applications that support our core functions.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and matrix team structures.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to support and maintain COTS and SaaS enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles and change management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and conduct impact analyses.
  • Configuration, testing, and documenting new functionalities to support continuous platform development.
  • Coordinating technical change, configuration, and release management processes.
  • Collaboration across teams to resolve issues and respond to customer queries.
  • Providing expert advice to stakeholders and support adoption of new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant technical area.
  • Relevant experience in an HR systems environment.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
