Job Title: Chief Architect of AI-Powered Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Architect to lead the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered platform. This individual will be responsible for driving architecture and development of the platform, leading a team of software engineers, and collaborating closely with geoscientists, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

  • Job Description:
    • Drive architecture and development of the AI-powered platform, a subsurface intelligence tool for mineral explorers in the AI era
    • Lead, grow, and coach a distributed team of software engineers, with expectations to grow the team substantially in the coming months
    • Provide technical leadership in cloud application architecture, AI, and machine learning, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of innovation in mineral exploration
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in building, leading, and growing high-performing, multidisciplinary cloud software development teams
    • Technical leadership experience in the development of a cloud-based platform featuring large-scale geospatial or scientific datasets and 3D interactive user experiences
    • Deep, hands-on experience building on AWS, GCP, or Azure
