About the opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Pipework's Coordinator to lead a team in delivering high-quality construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project completion while ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with quality requirements.
Main duties
- Coordination of plant, labour, and material resources to meet project needs
- Direction and monitoring of subcontractors, suppliers, and plant hirers
- Daily monitoring of activity costs and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements
- Maintaining compliance with the construction program and reporting any non-conformances
- Daily recording of site activities and ensuring client quality expectations are met
Key qualifications
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality projects
- Experience in minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects
