Pipeworks Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeworks Supervisor to lead our construction team. As a Pipeworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining a safe working environment, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental requirements
• Coordination of resources, including plant, labor, and materials
• Direction and monitoring of subcontractors, suppliers, and plant hirers
• Control of survey requirements
• Monitoring of activity costs and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Maintenance of compliance with construction programs and reporting of non-conformances
• Ensuring daily records of site activities are maintained
• Verification of client quality expectations being met or exceeded

Requirements

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Current driver's license
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Proven experience in minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
