Stockroom Assistant Role

At Sephora, we strive for diversity and continuous improvement. We seek an enthusiastic Stockroom Assistant to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and contribute to the success of a leading global beauty retailer.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can manage the back of house, ensure inventory accuracy, and complete all necessary procedures promptly.

The successful candidate will have experience in stock management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage all stock movements in and out of the storeComplete all paperwork procedures necessary for the store to function accuratelyWork closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies in storeAssist with periodic stock takes in store

Our ideal candidate will possess a suitable level of physical fitness as they may be required to lift boxes that weigh up to 20kgs.

They must also be committed to working a seven day rotating shift roster, including weekends, before and after store hours, and evenings.
