Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in stockroom operations, with a strong focus on logistics, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in maintaining a premium stockroom experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
  • Providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
  • Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Supporting store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experiences while meeting commercial goals.
